200-Hour Yoga Teacher Training in Da Lat, Vietnam
Learn to teach yoga in the same room as your teacher. At the Giang Metta studio in Da Lat, you practise, get adjusted and teach real people, while Giang Hoang (E-RYT 500) watches and gives you feedback.
There are no fixed intake dates. The course is arranged by appointment, 1:1 or in a small group, over about 25–30 days of full-time study. Tell Giang when you could come to Da Lat, and the dates are agreed with you before you book.

Graduates of the in-person 200-hour training

What You Learn in the Studio
- Hatha foundation: 60+ fundamental asanas, the breath, and how to enter, hold and leave each pose safely.
- Organic Alignment: aligning each pose to the student’s own bones and proportions, instead of copying one “perfect” shape.
- Functional anatomy and philosophy: how the body moves, and the 8 limbs of yoga.
- Observing, cueing and assists: a verbal cue first, then a visual demonstration, then consensual safe touch. In the studio you practise all three on real bodies.
- Teaching practice with feedback, ending with a 60-minute graduation practicum class.

RYT 200 registration with Yoga Alliance is a separate application subject to its requirements, not an automatic credential or guarantee of employment.
💳 Payment: fees are listed and charged in Vietnamese Dong (VND). After your enquiry, Giang confirms the payment details with you directly; for international transfers, your bank applies its own exchange rate and fees.

Planning Your Month in Da Lat
Da Lat is a highland city in southern Vietnam, about 1,500 m above sea level, with cool weather most of the year. Lien Khuong Airport (DLI), about 30 km from the city, has domestic flights from Ho Chi Minh City and Hanoi.
Accommodation is not included; you arrange your own stay. Tell Giang your possible dates early, so the class schedule is agreed before you book flights.
Giang teaches in English or Vietnamese. Say which language you want when you enquire; it is confirmed before you book.

Is the in-person course taught in English?
Yes, if you want it in English. Giang teaches in English or Vietnamese. Tell her which language you want when you enquire; it is confirmed with you before you book.

There are no fixed intake dates. The course is arranged by appointment, 1:1 or in a small group. Share the weeks you could spend in Da Lat, and the dates are agreed with you before anything is confirmed.
How long does it take?
About 25–30 days of full-time study in Da Lat. Your daily schedule is confirmed with you when your dates are set.
How much does it cost, and what is not included?
Tuition is 36.000.000₫. The Early Bird price is 33.000.000₫ for 3 seats per intake, and it ends once all 3 are taken. Flights and accommodation are not included; you arrange your own stay in Da Lat.
Is the training registered with Yoga Alliance?
Giang Metta Academy has a school profile on Yoga Alliance (RYS 200 & RYS 500, YA ID 442630). The Certificate of Completion is issued by Giang Metta Academy. Registering as an RYT 200 is a separate application to Yoga Alliance under its current requirements; it is not automatic. Please check the school’s current status on the Yoga Alliance profile.
Do I need yoga experience or flexibility?
No. You can start with no yoga background. The course builds a Hatha foundation first, and you do not need advanced poses to begin.
Will I be ready to teach after the course?
You practise teaching real people in the room and finish with a 60-minute graduation practicum class. That is a real start, not a guarantee. No course can promise you a job or an income. After graduating you still need to teach, week after week, and learn from bodies that are not like yours.
