500-Hour Yoga Teacher Training Pathway (200H + 300H)
Two-stage pathway: 200H Foundation + 300H Restorative. You train from the foundation to in-depth practice, with support for an application that meets Yoga Alliance RYT 500 standards.

Giang mentors you throughout both stages, supporting your teaching skills and the direction of your teaching work.
You receive PPTX teaching slides to use in your own classes, subject to the rules where you teach, and lifetime access to the course videos. The materials cover the 200H asana library, applied anatomy, restorative setups and teaching cues.

The 200H and 300H programs that make up this pathway are both IPHM-accredited (UK).
