02. Micro-Teaching Demonstrations
02 recorded online teaching demonstrations with individual evaluation and feedback for each trainee from Giang Hoang.
03. Teacher Trainee Mentorship Skills
Diagnostic observation skills, delivering constructive feedback rubrics, and nurturing student confidence.
04. Lead Trainer Ethics & Standards
Lead Trainer code of ethics, student consent protocols, and assessment integrity.
Practice, assessment and course materials
- Entry: at least 500H of yoga teacher training (200H + 300H) and practical teaching experience.
- Adult learning pedagogy, curriculum design and theory–practice–assessment course structure.
- 2 micro-teaching demonstrations with assessment and detailed feedback for each trainee.
- Observation, constructive feedback and mentoring future teachers.
- Lead Trainer ethics, professional boundaries, assessment and safe handling of teaching situations.
- Course manuals, lesson-plan and slide templates, a teaching portfolio and final assessment.
- 2–3 months of professional support after the course.
- This course develops independent teaching skills. Teaching under the Academy's name or issuing Yoga Alliance/IPHM certificates requires separate Lead Trainer, E-RYT or Sub-Educator eligibility.
