Terms & Course Regulations

Terms of service, training regulations, tuition, deferral, transfer and complaint procedures at Giang Metta, managed and operated by Hoang Huong Giang as an individual.

Language note: This English version is provided for international learners. The Vietnamese version is the original text; if the two versions differ, the Vietnamese version prevails.

1. Introduction & Core Operating Principles

Welcome to Giang Metta, owned and operated directly by Hoang Huong Giang as an individual. By visiting giangmetta.com, contacting us for advice, booking a practice appointment or joining a training program, you agree to these Terms & Course Regulations and the published Privacy Policy.

2. Services & Training Programs

Giang Metta offers professional training programs and wellness services within international standards:

• Online Singing Bowl & Sound Healing Training:
  • 50-Hour Singing Bowl Training: an in-depth foundation course using Himalayan and Tibetan singing bowls (IPHM, UK certification). Tuition: 12.000.000₫ (Early Bird: 11.000.000₫).
  • 100-Hour Singing Bowl & Sound Healing Teacher Training: an advanced multi-instrument course (gong, crystal singing bowls) with sound bath teaching skills (IPHM, UK certification). Tuition: 22.000.000₫ (Early Bird: 20.000.000₫).
• Online Yoga Teacher Training:
  • 200-Hour Yoga Teacher Training (Hatha & Organic Alignment): 26.000.000₫ (Early Bird: 24.000.000₫), following Yoga Alliance (USA) and IPHM standards.
  • 300-Hour Yoga Teacher Training (Advanced Restorative Yoga & Props Engineering): 34.000.000₫ (listed Early Bird: 31.000.000₫; the October 10, 2026 online intake has no Early Bird places left and accepts enrolment at standard tuition).
  • 500-Hour Yoga Master Pathway: 52.000.000₫ (Early Bird applies separately to the 200H and 300H courses).
  • 100-Hour Yoga Train the Trainer: 22.000.000₫ (Early Bird: 20.000.000₫).
• In-Person Training & Experiences in Da Lat (by prior appointment only): arranged by individual or small-group appointment at the Da Lat studio (no walk-ins without booking at least 24 hours ahead):
  • In-person training: Singing Bowl 50H (16.000.000₫), Singing Bowl 100H (26.000.000₫), Yoga 200H (36.000.000₫), Yoga 300H (44.000.000₫), Yoga 500H (68.000.000₫), Yoga 100H Train the Trainer (26.000.000₫).
  • 60-minute studio services: small-group Sound Bath (400.000₫ per person), personalised 1:1 On-Body Singing Bowl Session (1.000.000₫ per session), 1:1 Private Restorative Yoga (600.000₫ – 800.000₫ per session).
• Publications & digital learning materials: an ebook library (300.000₫ per ebook) and packaged video lessons delivered as digital files. The academy does not sell or ship ordinary physical goods.

3. Enrolment & Tuition Payment

• Transparent listed prices: all tuition and service fees are publicly listed in Vietnamese Dong (VND). Giang Metta commits to no hidden surcharges beyond the fees agreed during consultation.
• Early Bird policy: each course × format (online / in person) × intake has exactly 3 Early Bird places. The offer ends once all 3 places are taken; there is no automatic deadline 30 days before the start date. Contact us to confirm the Early Bird status of an intake; the website does not publish remaining places without enrolment data.
• Direct bank transfer to the account holder: for safety and privacy, the official bank account details (account holder: HOANG HUONG GIANG) and enrolment instructions are sent directly to you via Zalo / WhatsApp (+84 912 353 999) or email giangmetta@gmail.com after we have discussed your pathway and agreed a suitable schedule.
• Enrolment confirmation: after your transfer is complete, you receive an official enrolment confirmation letter with an electronic receipt and preparation materials via Zalo/email within 24 working hours.
• Tax & invoices: Hoang Huong Giang, as an individual, declares and pays personal income tax as required by law. Supporting documents are issued according to her legal status and current tax regulations.
• Duplicate or mistaken transfers: if you accidentally transfer twice because of a banking error, please send the transfer receipt via Zalo/WhatsApp +84 912 353 999. Giang Metta will reconcile and refund the excess amount within 1 – 3 working days.

4. No-Refund Policy — Deferral & Transfer of Places for Circumstances Beyond Your Control

A. Defer 100% of your tuition for up to 12 months (training courses)

If you face circumstances beyond your control (a health issue with a medical recommendation, pregnancy and childbirth, or sudden work travel far away):

• You may defer 100% of your tuition to a later training course within 12 months (1 year) of completing enrolment.
• You may make up all missed modules or sessions in any later course (online or in person in Da Lat).

B. Rescheduling Da Lat studio services

• At least 24 hours' notice: free rescheduling to another slot, or deferral of the session for up to 60 days.
• Less than 24 hours' notice: the session can be deferred for up to 30 days.
• No-show without notice: the session counts as used, to cover the reserved slot and private space prepared for you.

C. Free transfer of your place

If you cannot attend within the deferral period, you may transfer your course place or practice session to someone else (family, friends or colleagues):

• Simply send the new learner's details (full name, phone, email) to Giang Metta via Zalo/WhatsApp +84 912 353 999 or giangmetta@gmail.com before the start date or appointment time.
• Giang Metta updates the learner list and charges no transfer fee at all.

5. Digital Learning Materials & Ebooks (PDF)

Because digital content (PDF ebooks, lecture slides, recorded videos) can be downloaded and stored permanently straight away, Giang Metta does not offer refunds, deferral or exchanges once the download link has been successfully sent to your Zalo/WhatsApp or email.

Giang Metta provides lifetime technical support and will re-issue a download link or resend the materials free of charge if you have technical trouble opening them.

6. Three-Step Complaint Handling

Giang Metta welcomes all feedback in a spirit of openness and transparency. Any issue about services, schedules, deferral, transfer or training quality is handled in three steps:

1. Receiving your feedback: send it via phone/Zalo/WhatsApp +84 912 353 999 or email giangmetta@gmail.com, describing the issue and the related transaction.
2. Verification & proposal (within 24 – 48 hours): within 24 – 48 working hours, we contact you to verify the information and propose a fair solution: deferral, rescheduling, technical support or another suitable remedy.
3. Resolution (within 7 days at most): all support steps are completed within no more than 7 working days.

7. Rights & Responsibilities of Each Party

A. Learners

• Provide accurate contact details when enrolling or booking.
• Tell the teacher in advance about your personal health (history of surgery, heart conditions, blood pressure, pregnancy, neck or lower-back spinal injury) so practice can be adjusted appropriately.
• Respect the calm of the practice space and session times; follow the teacher's safety guidance.
• Respect copyright: materials, curricula and video lessons are for your personal learning only; do not copy, share publicly or resell them in any form.

B. Giang Metta

• Deliver training according to the published pathway and international standards (Yoga Alliance USA, IPHM UK).
• Teachers leading the training hold the relevant professional qualifications, practical experience and professional conduct.
• Protect learners' personal data according to the Privacy Policy.
• May decline to provide a service or pause a session if a learner behaves disrespectfully, seriously breaches the rules, or has a health condition for which practice is clearly unsafe.

8. Health Advisory & Safety Boundaries (Medical Disclaimer)

Listen to your body, practise within your own safe limits and stop if you feel any pain or unusual sensation. Giang Metta is not responsible for incidents arising from a learner deliberately concealing a medical condition or not following safety guidance.

9. Intellectual Property & Copyright

All content on this website (professional articles, video lessons, real photographs, lesson plans, ebooks and the Giang Metta brand identity) is the lawful intellectual property of Hoang Huong Giang. Copying, automated data extraction or commercial republication without written permission infringes Vietnamese intellectual property law.

10. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These terms are governed by and interpreted under the laws of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam. If any disagreement or dispute arises, both parties commit to resolving it first through good-faith dialogue, negotiation and mediation. If no agreement is reached, the matter will be resolved by the competent authority in Vietnam.
