Giang's professional background in yoga and sound practice offers two complementary perspectives on human wellbeing: yoga approaching via movement, breath, and somatic awareness; sound practice creating a space for intentional listening and attention. Both paths meet in the same purpose: supporting participants in moving, breathing, and resting with awareness. These practices are not medical treatment.
